Perhaps you're here because something in your life is asking for your attention. It may be a relationship that's changing, a loss that has stayed with you, the experience of living with chronic illness, burnout, grief, or a growing sense that the life you've been living no longer feels like it quite fits. Or perhaps you can't put it into words at all. You simply know that something is stirring beneath the surface, quietly asking to be noticed.

Wherever you find yourself, you don't need to arrive with a clear explanation or a carefully thought-out goal. In fact, many people begin by saying, "I'm not really sure why I'm here." More often than not, that uncertainty is a wonderful place to start.
I don't believe there is a single path through therapy, because there is no single way of being human. Rather than following a fixed process, we begin with whatever feels most alive, most present, or most difficult to carry. Together, we create a space where you can slow down enough to listen to yourself in a different way and become curious about what your life might already be trying to tell you.
Sometimes that means exploring the stories you've carried for many years and gently asking whether they still belong to you. Sometimes it means noticing what your body has been trying to communicate, paying attention to a recurring dream, finding words through reflective writing, or discovering that nature has a remarkable way of helping us see ourselves more clearly. There is no expectation that every session will look the same, because life itself doesn't unfold that way. Instead, we allow the work to emerge naturally, following the threads that seem most meaningful and trusting that, given enough space and attention, they will often lead us somewhere important.
Above all, I hope our work together offers a place where every part of you is welcome. The parts that feel confident and capable, but also the parts that are frightened, exhausted, ashamed, uncertain or quietly longing for something they can't yet name. In my experience, it is often these most tender parts of ourselves that hold the greatest wisdom and the greatest capacity for change when they are met with gentleness rather than judgement.
You don't need to become someone else before you begin. You don't need to have the right words, or know where the journey will lead. You only need a willingness to arrive as you are, and perhaps a quiet curiosity about what might become possible if you gave yourself permission to listen a little more deeply.
If something in these words resonates, I would be delighted to walk alongside you for a while.
What stories have we inherited, and what becomes possible when we become curious enough to question them?

Let's see if we are the right fit.
If something here resonates, let's have a conversation.

What Story Do You Want to Live?

Inheritance
We all inherit stories about who we should be, how we should live and what it means to be enough. Some help us flourish, others quietly ask us to become smaller. Together we can begin noticing the stories you've inherited.

Curiosity
Together we'll gently wonder where your beliefs came from, whether they still serve you and what new possibilities might emerge when familiar stories are held a little more lightly.

Authorship
We can't rewrite the past, but we can change our relationship with it. Through reflection, conversation and therapeutic writing, we begin to discover that we are more than inherited stories, we are active participants in the ones still unfolding.
